We store it on the same servers that run this site, kept reasonably long enough to follow up on your inquiry — usually six to twelve months, sometimes longer for orders or projects with open warranty. You may request a copy of everything we hold, ask us to correct mistakes, or have it deleted entirely. Just send a note and we will act on it within thirty days. If you feel we have not handled your data properly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

There are no analytics cookies, no marketing tags, no advertising scripts of any kind on this site. We do not load third-party JavaScript that could track you across the web. You can clear cookies in your browser at any time; nothing important will be lost. Essential cookies expire when you close the browser, except the preference cookie which lasts up to a year.

We will handle any reasonable request within thirty days without charge. You also have the right to ask for your data in a portable, machine-readable format so you can move it elsewhere.
